Shalom Church (City of Peace) Hosts Town Hall Meeting Regarding School District Changes

Under the leadership of Pastor and Founder, Rev. Dr. Freddy J. Clark, several community leaders, clergy and school administrators will host a town hall meeting to discuss the impact of the implications of the changes in the Normandy and Riverview Gardens School Districts on Monday night (July 22).

Shalom Church City of Peace, one of the largest churches in the St. Louis area, has partnered with Dr. Robert Scott – Central Baptist Church, Bishop Courtney Jones – Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Minister Donald Muhammad – Muhammad Masque #28, Rev. Carl Smith – New Beginnings Church, Eric Rhone, NAACP – St. Louis City Chapter, 100 Black Men –St. Louis Chapter, Administrators of Ferguson-Florissant, Jennings, Normandy, Riverview Gardens and Hazelwood School Districts to host an open forum to discuss the broad intricacies of the changes in the school districts.

The town hall meeting will take place on Monday, July 22 at 7 p.m. at Shalom Church City of Peace
